The Perfect Pokémon Legends: Z-A Super Form According to Your Zodiac Sign
This comeback of Mega Evolutions in Pokémon Legends: Z-A has sparked immense enthusiasm within the community. Starting with the one-by-one unveiling of fresh additions ahead of the game's release, to trainers forming firm views on the full roster of new Megas, there's a lot for enthusiasts to anticipate.
With many of the Super Forms boasting distinctive appearances that emphasize their personalities, one idea came to mind: What's the best way to link this with astrology? The following is inspired by a blend of vibes, sign stereotypes, and personal experience.
The Ram – Super Camerupt
To be truthful, Houndoom was nearly chosen for Aries, as both are the Mega Pokémon and astrological sign that evoke the greatest apprehension. But, a Super Houndoom appears as always furious, which doesn't match the Ram's energy, known for being playful, cheerful, and impulsive. This makes the Ram far more akin to Super Camerupt, which only erupts when angered. Remain on the friendly side of both and enjoy a powerful ally; if you cross them, prepare to face the consequences.
Taurus – Mega Heracross
Much like a loyal Bull, the reliable Heracross, both in its standard and Mega form, has aided numerous players in Legends: Z-A. While trustworthy, both the creature and a Bull are also battle-oriented, and – be it their trainer or a strong opinion – will stand up for their position to the end. The thing about Super Heracross that recalls most of my Bull-sign companions, though, is its unabashed passion for snacks. Many past official descriptions note their fondness for tasty sap and how it employs its horn to hoard it all, which is true Bull-sign vibe.
Gemini – Super Medicham
Observe this absolute queen. You cannot tell me this creature is not the life of every party, providing an constant stream of chatter to those who wants to hear. Just like an captivating, gregarious Twins, it's incredibly simple to envision Mega Medicham captivating an entire open area with their tales. This Pokémon's official description also states its ability to predict an enemy’s next moves, which seems quite like a socially-savvy Gemini.
Cancer – Super Manectric
The Crab is commonly regarded as the most sensitive member of the zodiac, a passionate sign known for often becoming absorbed in their emotions. According to the Pokédex, Super Evolution charges the Pokémon with a “tremendous quantity of electricity, but it's excessive for Manectric to fully manage,” which sounds a lot like a classic Cancer emotional outburst. It is also known for its ability to make a storm cloud over its own self – and if there’s one thing a Cancer is going to do, it’s rain on their own parade.
Leo – Super Starmie
Oh, did you assume I was planning to select Pyroar for the lion of the zodiac? Aside from the fact that it would be much too obvious, The Lion is clearly Mega Starmie, the diva whose gams just became an internet sensation for being too fabulous (or horrifying, depending on your taste). Fans couldn’t look away from the violet sea star, and that’s exactly the same energy a Lion offers to the table. Starmie is also rumored to be transmitting signals from its red core out into the cosmos, and it’s just like a Leo to be putting on a show, even if for extraterrestrials.
The Maiden – Super Victreebel
The always-ready and perpetually-anxious Maiden is perfectly encapsulated in Super Victreebel, the Mega with constant digestive issues. The zodiac symbol famous for being endearingly critical is clearly mirrored across this Pokémon’s entire lineage, from a perpetually surprised face like a Maiden when you inform them you lack a 401(k), to its inverted visage that’s just like the symbol a Virgo sends to the group chat when all says they want to “be spontaneous” rather than making a plan.
Libra – Super Audino
Look at this sweet, empathetic creature, who employs the sensors on its ears to tell how people are emotionally by their pulse. Consistently empathetic – occasionally to a detriment – and trying to maintain the harmony, there are numerous Scales who would likely appreciate Super Audino's abilities. However, to be frank, it would likely just make them worry more about others.
The Scorpion – Super Banette
This Ghost-type is a creature with a unexpectedly tragic origin: Abandoned as a doll, it gained sentient through sheer resentment and vowed revenge on its former owner. According to the Pokédex, Super Evolution, “increases its spitefulness.” That seems precisely like several discussions I’ve had with my intense Scorpion acquaintances. A Scorpio loves cosmic justice and comeuppance, making them the perfect match with Mega Banette.
Sagittarius – Mega Hawlucha
Both Super Hawlucha and Archers are always staging a performance. As a Sagittarius myself, the amount of occasions I’ve called myself some version of a “playful little jester” is countless. The most flamboyant and most attention-seeking Super Form, its description even notes how it “flexes to show off its strength.” I would do the exact same thing if I had some kind of Super Form, making Super Hawlucha the most fitting Sagittarius match I can imagine.
Capricorn – Super Absol
Were you aware that a Super Absol has the power to foresee disasters in advance? That gives the exact same energy as a Capricorn, who often always believe they’re right. The thing is, much like a visionary Mega Absol, they often are. It’s also the absolute initial Mega Evolution that players meet in Legends: Z-A – just like a Goat to join the ground floor of the Mega trend.
Aquarius – Mega Chandelure
Aloof air sign Water Bearer is arguably the non-fire sign that is most like a flame symbol – its counterpart is Leo, and there are numerous jokes about the Archer and Aquarius being unpredictable partners in crime. Super Chandelure's double Ghost/Fire category fits perfectly with this, and the Super Form's general intimidating aura is also extremely Aquarius. If you hadn't yet persuaded, the Mega’s description says it “draws in hatred and transforms it into strength.” If that doesn’t perfectly {encaps
